What is TRT

Your body's
master hormone

Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone responsible for muscle mass, bone density, libido, cognitive function, mood and energy levels. After the age of 30, testosterone naturally declines by approximately 1–2% per year.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medically supervised treatment that restores testosterone levels to the optimal physiological range, helping men feel, perform and live better.

Low testosterone (hypogonadism) is a recognised medical condition. TRT is not a lifestyle choice; it is evidence-based medicine prescribed and monitored by qualified doctors.

Where Your Levels Sit

Most men with symptomatic low testosterone sit well below the optimal physiological range. TRT aims to safely restore levels into the optimal band, individually titrated and monitored, not to exceed it. Reference ranges vary between laboratories; your treating doctor interprets your results in full clinical context.

Is TRT For You

Signs of low
testosterone

These symptoms are common, but they are not inevitable. If you recognise several of the following, a simple blood test can provide clarity.

Persistent Fatigue
Feeling exhausted despite adequate sleep. Low energy that won't lift regardless of rest.
Brain Fog
Difficulty concentrating, poor memory, reduced mental sharpness and motivation.
Muscle Loss
Loss of muscle mass and strength despite training. Increased body fat around the abdomen.
Low Libido
Reduced interest in sex and intimacy. Changes in sexual function and performance.
Mood Changes
Increased irritability, low mood, anxiety or depression, often without an obvious cause.
Poor Sleep
Disrupted or non-restorative sleep. Waking unrefreshed or experiencing night sweats.
Reduced Bone Density
Testosterone is critical for bone strength. Low levels increase long-term fracture risk.
Declining Performance
Not reaching your potential at work, in training, or in life. A sense of diminishing returns.
Medical Disclaimer: These symptoms can have multiple causes. A diagnosis of hypogonadism requires clinical assessment and pathology results. TRT is a prescription-only treatment and is only appropriate where clinically indicated. This information is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner.
